Class Descriptions:
Zumba – Zumba is a latin inspired dance fitness class that incorporates international dance and music. Each song has its own routine broken down into simple, easy to do moves. These classes can be adjusted to fit any fitness level.
Zumba 4 Lunch – Is a 40 minute Zumba express workout. Burn up to 600 calories on your lunch break. This class will combine cardio, weights and toning moves to give you the max burn in the fastest time.
Zumba Gold – Is a Zumba class for beginners who want to start slower to learn the moves and designed as a low impact class for older active adults. Experience all the same music and energy as Zumba at your own pace. This class is easy on the knees and back.
Zumba on Fire – Is a Zumba class that continues for 60 minutes straight without breaks. Once the music starts, it doesn’t stop until the hour is over. This is a class for those who want to be challenged. Many people burn over 1000 calories in this class. Not recommended for beginners.
Favorite Fridays – Is a Zumba class where the clients pick the songs. Each week this class is made up of the top 10 favorite songs and routines picked by the participants. Come early so you can request your favorite!
*T-N-T – Is a tightening and toning strength training class. Resistance is used to shape the body and strengthen muscles. This class is limited to 20 people per session. These classes have separate pricing of $15 per session.
